This February, our team has been moving full steam ahead, working closely with leaders and teams as they navigate change, growth, and increasing complexity. As the pace of work continues to accelerate, one theme remains consistent across the organizations we support: progress does not come from doing more. At Project Solved, our focus this year is centered on a few core priorities:
