Kristen is a Prosci-certified change practitioner and certified DiSC® and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® facilitator, and works as embedded, hands-on leadership. Stepping into organizations to drive the change, culture, and operational work that internal teams don't have the bandwidth or specialized experience to lead alone.
